Good evening Sydney Siders. After going M.I.A for 2 months I have had much time to accumulate many more tutorials that I will share with you in the next few weeks. Today's outfit post is how to go from a 'Day To Night' outfit with minimal time and minimal handbag space! I have decided to use a cream cami top that is classy and elegant enough to wear during the day, but also trendy enough to merge into the night!
I've chosen printed royal blue patterned peg pants as the statement piece to this ensemble. With everything else being so neutral: cream top, black vamps, minimal rose gold jewellery, straight hair; the pants will give that pop of colour and dimension to the loose cream cami i've tucked in. The idea is to work with the colour of the pants (Royal blue, black and cream). I la-la-laaaave to coordinate outfits working with key colours that are mainly dominant in the key piece that stands out the most (in this case the pants). I believe that one must always match to a certain degree - but not matching so much you look like a quad-triple tiered wedding cake (cream icing, pink cream, cream icing, pink cream.. times 2).
The idea is to choose a versatile cream top - with the tassels working with the prints, it gives a kind of "boho" look to the 'Day time' outfit - But also keeping the class factor with the shape of the peg leg pant and points (you could wear any black heels really, but I personally like to class things up with a pair of closed vamps. My current obsession is pointe shoes, pointe flats, pointe everything!

Make Up Used:
I kept it quite neural with the Naked Palette and used a baby pink lipstick to also tone down the lips (with 3 blots). However I accentuated the eyes with thick lashes and a strong cat liner. Less is more. Well at least during the day it is ;)
